Анотація (двома мовами)

Представлено імунологічне дослідження неспецифічних маркерів гуморальних елементів імунної системи пацієнтів з хламідійною інфекцією. Визначено, що рівень MOMP та HSP-60 у хворих на хламідійну інфекцію, ймовірно, вищий, ніж у здорових осіб. Крім того, підвищення цього показника спостерігається у пацієнтів з хламідійною інфекцією в поєднанні з гіперімунокомплексемією. Імунодефіцитні розлади у пацієнтів з хламідійною інфекцією характеризуються підвищенням рівня неспецифічних гуморальних маркерів MOMP та HSP-60 цієї інфекції, особливо у чоловіків. / Immunologic research of nonspecific markers of immune system humoral elements of the patients with chlamydial infection is presented. It is determined that the level of MOMP and HSP-60 in those suffering from chlamydial infection is likely to be higher than that of the healthy persons. Besides, increase of this data level is observed in the patients with chlamydial infection in combination with hyperimmunеcomplexemia. Immunodeficient disorders in the patients with chlamydial infection are characterized by the increase of the level of nonspecific humoral markers MOMP and HSP-60 of this infection particularly with males.
