The article analyzes the communicative attitudes of medical workers according to work in today's conditions, determines their impact on various aspects of life and labor socialization, characterizes the main opportunities for self-disclosure of one's own potential, self-realization and professional self-realization.The purpose of the article is to reveal the psychological features of the relationship between communicative attitudes and the possibility of self-realization of the individual in work. The article is aimed at identifying the use of positive and negative communicative attitudes in work, the ability of medical workers to demonstrate communicative tolerance in relation to patients.Within the framework of the implementation of the specified goal, the article will analyze such key aspects as: the formation of communicative attitudes and communicative tolerance in the process of work, opportunities for self-realization.Research methods and characteristics of the research group. To achieve the goal, a set of theoretical methods was used, in particular, such as: analysis of scientific literature, comparison, systematization and classification obtained as a result of theoretical and empirical analysis of information; methods of collecting empirical information (interview, observation); methods of processing scientific data, using statistics. The following methods were used in the research: "Diagnosis of communicative attitude" (V.V. Boyko), "Determination of general communicative tolerance" (V.V. Boyko), "Diagnostics of "obstacles" in establishing emotional contacts" (V.V. Boyko) , and a questionnaire of professional self-realization.The study was conducted on the basis of the dental clinic "Precision dental clinic" (Lviv region). 30 people participated in the study, including 15 doctors and 15 junior medical workers. Among the researched are 20 persons of mature age and 10 persons of retirement age (ie, the age range is from 25 to 64 years old).Scientific novelty and practical significance. The article presents the results of its own research on the communicative attitudes of medical personnel in relation to people. In general, an acceptable attitude towards the environment is shown. That also had an impact on the attitude towards the patients of the clinic. Along with this, individual employees showed veiled cruelty and unfriendly attitude towards people, which was combined with a tendency to "fit" the interlocutor to their standards, which turned into unfounded generalizations about certain negative facts in the field of relations with the community of people. In general, medical workers showed a correct and tolerant attitude towards their patients. However, there were isolated cases of intolerant and categorical attitude, which was reinforced by certain qualities of the interlocutor – a difference in mental abilities or views. These communicative settings were correlated with complicated communication, caused "dosage" of emotions up to violations of their flexibility and narrowing of the ability to express feelings. It was these workers who had reduced indicators of professional self-fulfillment. They were unable to carefully plan their development, did not have a clear idea of their professional future and did not see career growth. In contrast to them, a significant part of medical workers highly valued indicators of self-fulfillment and were clearly aware of their own opportunities both in career growth and in the ability to share their knowledge and improvements with colleagues, for which they were valued by work colleagues and management. Conclusions and perspectives. On the basis of the conducted research, certain regularities of the manifestation of communicative attitudes regarding the realization of medical workers as specialists and their own instructions to clients were revealed, and this is the main reflection in the individual's ability to self-realize. Success in one's own activity, the opportunity to realize oneself as a specialist - obviously becomes the central link for a self-actualized personality. At the same time, the identified peculiarities in the communication attitudes of individual employees, their feeling of incomplete realization and self-fulfillment, indicate the need for psychological support, which will be paid attention to in further work.
