РЕФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ХУДОЖНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ ЯК НЕОБХІДНА ПЕРЕДУМОВА МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ / REFORMING OF VOCATIONAL AND ARTISTIC EDUCATIONAS A NECESSARY PREREQUISITE FOR MODERNIZATION

У статті ми розглядаємо процеси, які стосуються реформування освітньої галузі України. Наголошуємо на тому, що запорукою успішного реформування освітньої галузі України є: розширення доступу до освіти; здійсненність освітніх новацій; забезпечення високої ефективності використання ресурсів системи освіти; доцільність та ефективність управлінських рішень, які стосуються освітньої політики; публічність; наступність реформ у системі освіти; врахування інтересів суб’єктів навчання. Зазначаємо, що відповідно до нової парадигми освіти модернізація підготовки викладача потребує: формування сучасного світогляду майбутніх педагогів; становлення їхньої методологічної культури; виховання належних професійно-моральних педагогічних якостей тощо. Тому у пропонованій статті ми звертаємо увагу на те, що підготовка викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін має спрямовуватись на формування системи знань, умінь, навичок, плекати особистісні якості, які відповідають вимогам професійної діяльності особистості, залучати її до системи гуманістичних, загальнолюдських цінностей. / The situation in education at the beginning of the XXI century indicates the growing urgency of the orientationof domestic higher education to the European model. In this regard, in 2004 the ideas of the Bologna Process wereactively implemented in Ukraine. However, scientists note that thoughtless copying does not lead to positive resultsdue to significant differences in the socio-economic situation, historical and cultural traditions and mentality of thepeople.In this article we consider the processes related to the reforming of the educational sector of Ukraine. Weemphasize that the key to successful reform of the educational sector of Ukraine is: expanding access to education;feasibility of educational innovations; ensuring high efficiency of the education system resources use; expediencyand effectiveness of management decisions related to educational policy; publicity; continuity of reforms in theeducation system; taking into account the interests of the subjects of study. We note that in accordance with the newparadigm of education, the modernization of teacher training requires: the formation of a modern worldview offuture teachers; formation of their methodological culture; development of proper professional and moral pedagogicalqualities, etc. Therefore, in this article we draw attention to the fact that the training of teachers of professional andartistic courses should be aimed at forming a system of knowledge, skills, nurture personal qualities that meet therequirements of professional activity, to involve it in the system of humanistic, universal values.Reforms that are actively implemented in education and carry the ideas of humanization and human-centeredness lead to changes in the field of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine. Today the problem of creating a new theoretical and methodological basis, based on competence, acmeological, contextual, personality-oriented,phenomenological, humanistic, systemic, axiological, cultural, creative approaches, each of which is significant inthe new humanistic paradigm, is becoming relevant in modern philosophy of education.At the methodological level, the professional training of teachers of professional and artistic courses requiresinnovative changes in education, which are caused by the paradigm crisis and the beginning of a new educationalformation. Thus, taking into account the modern paradigm, the modernization of vocational education requiresconsideration of the theoretical foundations of vocational training of teachers at different levels.Завантаження
