У статті розглядаються інноваційні засади та процеси модернізації професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців у системі вищої художньо-педагогічної освіти України. Описані ключові напрями розвитку, зокрема: впровадження неперервного навчання, компетентнісно-спрямованого та особистісно зорієнтованого підходів. Акцентується увага на використанні інтерактивних технологій і проєктних методів навчання, інтегрованих у кредитно-модульну організацію освітнього процесу. Проаналізовано вплив Болонської декларації на структуру навчання та оцінювання, що сприяє підвищенню якості підготовки студентів і їхньої професійної мобільності. Упровадження стандартів вищої освіти розглядається як важливий етап забезпечення конвертованості та універсалізації професійної освіти в Україні та за її межами. / Modern pedagogical science is at the stage of rethinking the conceptual foundations of art-pedagogical education, the purpose of which is to prepare qualified teachers who strive to carry out scientific and methodological work in the process of professional activity, based on modern requirements of teaching methodology. The main tasks of higher education are to train specialists on the basis of new pedagogical learning technologies; to teach future teachers of professional and artistic disciplines to creatively use professional knowledge and practical skills in pedagogical activities; form and develop spiritual and moral values; ensure a high level of professional skill; to provide aesthetic education and development of creative abilities of young people. The article examines innovative principles and processes of modernization of professional training of future specialists in the system of higher artistic and pedagogical education of Ukraine. The key directions of development are described, in particular: the introduction of continuous training, competency-oriented and personally oriented approaches. Emphasis is placed on the use of interactive technologies and project-based learning methods integrated into the credit-module organization of the educational process. The influence of the Bologna Declaration on the structure of education and assessment, which contributes to the improvement of the quality of student training and their professional mobility, is analyzed. The introduction of higher education standards is considered an important stage of ensuring the convertibility and universalization of professional education in Ukraine and beyond. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the credit-module system for the organization of the educational process, which is an important step in the implementation of the provisions of the Bologna Declaration. The main advantages of this system are analyzed, in particular: the flexibility of educational programs, increasing the level of individualization of education, the possibility of choosing disciplines, as well as the effectiveness of evaluating students’ educational achievements. The introduction of the credit-module system helps to improve the quality of professional training, adapt students to modern challenges and ensure their professional mobility.Завантаження
